This is a passion of mine and I want to be available. I charge €30 for a 30 minute call, and we can cover a lot of ground in that time.

I find that one call is generally enough for host families, and three or four over a few months provides valuable support to au pairs. You can follow up if you find you need more. I highly recommend booking a session for after your return to your home country.
